travel arrangements in Jordan. Our services are designed to provide safe,
enjoyable, and professional experiences.
By booking or using our services, you confirm that you are
legally capable of entering into a contract and agree to abide by these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
- All
bookings must be confirmed through our website, contact form, email, or
authorized channels.
- Payments
are made to Beyond Travel Jordan via one of the following methods:
- Online
payment via credit card
- Bank
transfer
- PayPal
- Additional
fees may apply depending on the payment method used and the bank’s policy.
- Prices
are subject to change without prior notice; confirmed bookings are
protected at the agreed price.
- For
group bookings or custom trips, a deposit may be required to secure the
reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation
policies vary depending on the service (tours, transfers, chauffeur
services, or custom trips). Details are provided at the time of booking.
- Refunds
will be processed according to the policy stated at the time of booking.
- We
reserves the right to cancel a booking due to safety concerns, weather, or
other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or
full refunds will be offered.
4. Changes to Services
- We
reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, or service details for
operational or safety reasons.
- We
will notify customers of significant changes and strive to provide
suitable alternatives whenever possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers
are responsible for providing accurate personal information, travel
documents, and special requirements at the time of booking.
- Travelers
must comply with local laws and regulations while using our services.
- We are
not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during travel.
6. Liability
- We act
as a facilitator of travel services and is not directly responsible for
third-party service providers (hotels, tour guides, transport companies).
- While
we strive for high-quality service, we cannot be held liable for delays,
accidents, or incidents outside our control.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for events beyond our control,
including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or
other circumstances that may affect travel plans. In such cases, we will
provide guidance and alternatives where possible but cannot guarantee full
service.
8. Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and
health insurance before traveling. We are not responsible for medical expenses,
personal accidents, or loss of property.
9. Minimum Age / Supervision
Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian. We cannot be held responsible for unaccompanied minors.
10. Health & Safety
Customers must inform us of any medical conditions,
allergies, or special requirements prior to booking. Participation in tours or
activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
11. Complaints & Feedback
- Any
complaints, concerns, or feedback regarding services provided by us, should
be reported as soon as possible. Prompt reporting allows us to investigate
and resolve the issue effectively.
- Customers
can submit complaints via email, phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form on
our website.
- We
will either address complaints directly upon receipt or acknowledge them
within 48 hours, providing an estimated timeline for resolution if
immediate action is not possible.
- We
strive to resolve complaints promptly and fairly, keeping the customer
informed throughout the process.
- If a
complaint cannot be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, it may be
escalated to senior management for review.
- Complaints
must be made in good faith, and we reserves the right to reject claims
that are fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of our services.
- Customers
are encouraged to provide all relevant details, including booking
information, dates, and descriptions of the issue, to facilitate
resolution.
- We
values customer feedback and may use it to improve services, safety
standards, and customer experience.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, images, videos,
and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without
permission.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy,
which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the
Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from the use of our services
will be resolved under Jordanian law.
